Terms of Service

1. The service

LabelDash accepts customer-provided shipment information, processes payment, prepares a shipping-label PDF through an approved carrier or shipping provider, and places the PDF in the customer’s secure account for authenticated download. LabelDash is an independent label-fulfillment service and is not the postal carrier.

2. Package eligibility

The website accepts standard-size domestic United States packages in one of three weight ranges: 0 pounds through 1 pound, 1 pound 1 ounce through 2 pounds, and 2 pounds 1 ounce through 3 pounds. Packages over 3 pounds are not eligible. The service is intended for standard-size packages. Oversized, irregular, prohibited, restricted, perishable, illegal, or hazardous shipments may be canceled and refunded.

3. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate sender and recipient information, selecting the correct weight range, and entering accurate package dimensions and mailing date. You must weigh and measure the fully packed shipment. A carrier may return, delay, re-rate, intercept, or assess additional charges when information is inaccurate.

4. Prohibited contents

You may not use the service for hazardous materials, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products, live animals, illegal goods, counterfeit goods, cash, or any shipment prohibited by the carrier or applicable law. This list is not exhaustive.

5. Pricing

The website charges $3 for packages from 0 pounds through 1 pound, $6 for packages from 1 pound 1 ounce through 2 pounds, and $9 for packages from 2 pounds 1 ounce through 3 pounds. These discounted labels are uninsured and do not include signature confirmation.

6. Fulfillment window

Paid orders are normally fulfilled within four hours and are often completed in about one hour. The fulfillment window refers to preparation and account availability of the PDF label—not carrier transit or package delivery time. The window may pause while customer corrections are needed. Outages, payment reviews, carrier problems, or unusually high volume may cause delays.

7. Corrections and unused labels

Contact support immediately when information is incorrect. A label cannot always be changed after it has been purchased. Depending on carrier rules, the original label may need to be voided and replaced. Replacement or correction costs caused by inaccurate customer information may be charged to the customer.

8. Refunds

Unfulfilled orders may be eligible for a refund. Once a valid label has been purchased, made available in the account, downloaded, used, or scanned by a carrier, a refund is not guaranteed. Carrier refund processing and eligibility rules may apply.

9. Carrier service

Delivery dates, tracking events, claims, service interruptions, and package handling are controlled by the carrier. LabelDash does not guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, seizure, return, or additional carrier charges except to the extent required by law.

10. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your account email and password. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
