Information is used to authenticate accounts, prepare and deliver labels, process payments, provide tracking and order history, prevent fraud, answer support requests, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by payment, email, hosting, database, file-storage, spreadsheet, shipping, and carrier providers only as needed to operate the service. Payment card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s checkout and are not stored in this website’s database.
Shipping information
Sender, recipient, package, and tracking information may be shared with shipping providers and carriers to purchase and manage labels. Recipients do not create accounts, but their information is provided by the purchasing customer for shipment fulfillment.
File storage
PDF labels are stored in private object storage and are delivered through authenticated account downloads. Administrators can access the files to fulfill and support orders.
Retention
Order and transaction records may be retained for business, tax, fraud-prevention, support, and legal purposes. Account sessions expire according to the configured session period, while order records are retained according to the business retention schedule.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, disputes, taxes, security, or legal compliance.

We use authenticated sessions, private file storage, access controls, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
